1. Products

1.1 All products are clearly described and Replenish Refills are not liable for a customer wrongly using a product.

1.2 Replenish Refills are contactable and can supply customers with any information they need before they decide to purchase a product.

2. Cancellations

2.1 No refunds are given on products or deliveries once purchased.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices are as detailed on the container or product description page.

3.2 Prices are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Payment

4.1 Once the order has been made, the customer is in agreement and acceptance of purchasing the product as described on Replenish Refills' website.

5. Delivery/ Collection

5.1 We allocate 15-minute Doorstep Refill slots. This is not necessarily the exact time the delivery will happen. The allowed delivery time may be within a 1-hour window on either side of the 15-minute delivery slot booked.

6. Risk

6.1 The customer accepts all risks when buying the products.

6.2 Replenish Refills are not liable for how the customer uses the products.

6.3 Replenish Refills are not liable for the outcome of the use of any products used by the customer.

6.4 Full details of ingredients and allergens are available on the Replenish Refills website and are available upon request at our market stalls.

7. Inspection of Products

7.1 Customers must inspect the products upon receiving them.

7.2 Once the customer has paid for the order they are agreeing that they are happy with the products.
