Welcome to Replenish Refills!

Thank you so much for popping onto our website to find out more about us and what we do. Since deciding that I was going to set up Replenish Refills it's been pretty much non-stop. I've been juggling two jobs, running a household, being a mum, and setting up the new business, so it's been a bit of a whirlwind and my house could definitely do with a good tidy!

There were a couple of things I want to make clear so that you understand a little more about me and Replenish Refills.

I am just an ordinary person trying to do my bit to reduce the amount of single-use plastic in the community. I set up Replenish Refills as I couldn't find anywhere locally that I could buy food without the unnecessary packaging. So, I'm not an eco-expert, although I do hope to become far more knowledgeable about all things 'plastic' as time goes on. Let's learn together!

I have not worked in retail before, so this has been a massive learning curve for me. I've pored over spreadsheets galore, made lists aplenty, and spoken to lots of helpful people in the world of business and retail, so I'm hoping that the good advice I have received has sunk in. I guess what I'm trying to say is, please be gentle with me. I've tried to make everything as slick and straightforward as possible, but there's bound to be some teething issues as I don't know what I don't know!
